“Asha has become a true leader who values relationships with associates, physicians, volunteers, patients and families," CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Health System CEO and President Dean Alexander said. "We look forward to her continued efforts to our physician collaboration and delivery of quality patient care at our Westover Hills Hospital."

Rodriguez has been recognized by Catholic Health Association as one of "Tomorrow's Leaders," an award that recognizes up-and-coming young executives who are making a significant contribution to Catholic health ministries.

Rodriguez arrived to San Antonio after spending 12 years in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area, where she held several positions in patient advocacy, organizational development and training, and employee labor relations with Washington Hospital Center, a large not-for-profit acute care teaching and research hospital.

While at CSRH - Medical Center, Rodriguez served as the hospital's administrator, alongside MC's president, Dr. Ian Thompson. She was responsible for ancillary operations, special projects and facility planning.

“I am so proud of the work taking place at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital – Westover Hills," Rodriguez said. "The hospital has a team of longstanding, highly dedicated associates, physicians and volunteers fully committed to delivering highly personalized patient care in a faith-based environment. I look forward to working alongside this highly talented team of professionals.”
