Corey Robinson chooses Irish over 5 other schools
SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio Christian standout wide receiver Corey Robinson verbally committed to play football at Notre Dame.
Robinson, son of legendary Spur David Robinson, chose the Irish on Tuesday night, according to ESPN.com and the San Antonio Express-News.
The 6-foot-4, 200-pound receiver picked Notre Dame over offers from Wake Forest, Iowa, Kansas, Navy and North Carolina.
Notre Dame was the first school to offer Robinson back in February.
Last year Robinson caught 42 passes for 660 yards and 10 touchdowns during his Junior season.
