McAllister Park headed back to Little League World Series No description found
SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio's McAllister Park is headed back to the Little League World Series after defeating Lufkin Thursday night to claim the Southwest Regional championship.
McAllister Park blanked Lufkin 9-0 in Waco to reach the series for the second time in four years.
In 2009, McAllister Park advanced to the U.S. final, but eventual champion Chula Vista, Calif.
The Williamsport Sun-Gazette reports McAllister Park will open their series on Friday against the Mid-Atlantic champion.
