Brian Avery Rowe accused of performing lewd act inside San Antonio mall

SAN ANTONIO – A 21-year-old man, identified on Wednesday afternoon as Brian Avery Rowe, accused of performing a lewd act inside a San Antonio mall was arrested late Tuesday night.

According to San Antonio police, a young boy went into the restroom of a local mall and found a man performing a lewd act in the stall next to him.

The boy ran off and told his parents. They notified mall security who then called police.

Rowe was taken into custody and will be charged with indecency of a child, San Antonio police said, and is being held on a $50,000 bond.

He told officers he never approached the child and that it was the boy who looked under the stall door.
