SAN ANTONIO – A man accused of writing a bad check agreed to a ten year prison term.
Mario Ybarra, 47, pled no contest Wednesday to the second degree felony charge of forgery of the elderly and agreed to a ten year prison sentence just prior to jury selection earlier in the day.
