San Antonio police seek Arby's robber

Crime Stoppers will pay up to $1,500 for info that leads to arrest

San Antonio police are asking for help from the public in tracking down a man who robbed a North side Arby's restaurant.

The robbery happened around 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 3 at the Arby's in the 9500 block of San Pedro Avenue.

Police said two men parked a red Ford Crown Victoria with a silver top in the restaurant's parking lot. The driver exited the car, walked around to the back, and flipped the car's license plate down. He left the other man in the car and walked into the restaurant.

The cashier inside the restaurant told investigators the man walked up to the counter, said he had a gun, and demanded money. After the cashier complied, the man walked out of the Arby's with an undisclosed amount of cash and drove away.

Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,500 for information that leads to his arrest. The number to call is 210-224-STOP (224-7867). Callers may remain anonymous.
