A customer allegedly threatened to shoot another customer at an Express Lube on Thursday morning on the city's West Side.

According to Express Lube spokesman Michael Shackelford, an argument ensued between two customers over their place in line to get a free oil change at the Marbach Road near Ellison Road location.

Shackelford said one of the customers threatened to shoot the other, but didn't have a gun. The customer was asked to leave.

Dozens of cars lined locations around the city after the company offered the freebie as part of a promotion to celebrate San Antonio Spurs playoff victories. The Spurs defeated the Dallas Mavericks on Wednesday night 109-103.

Shackelford said customers need to be good sports and be patient while waiting for the oil change.
