THE ALLEGATIONS: Cedillo was convicted of sexual assault in April 2010 and sentenced to 8 years probation. He was required to register as a sex offender for life, verifying his information on his birthday. He went to SAPD to register in May 2010. Cedillo has not been seen since. He is also wanted for a motion to revoke his probation.
