SAN ANTONIO –
Three men were indicted Tuesday in a deadly double shooting that took place on Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
The Bexar County Criminal District Attorney's Office indicted Edwin Joseph, 25, Jacquay Howard, 31, and Adrian Perkins, 25, each on one count of capital murder.

Police said the three men were caught on surveillance video firing multiple weapons at Vontay Price and Royal Willrich on Jan. 19.
Several other people in a nearby crowd were also struck by the gunfire.
The DA's Office said in addition to capital murder, Joseph, Howard and Perkins still face charges for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Capital murder is punishable by life in prison without the possibility of parole, or death, and up to a $10,000 fine.
