Let's jump right into part-two of "The Bachelorette" premiere! (In case you missed any of the action from night one of the premiere, here's a quick recap:
There were several crazy limo introductions, a drunk bachelor was sent home, and the men had to choose between Britt and Kaitlyn. For more juicy details, check out my previous blog post.)

Now the men have spoken. Drum roll please...the majority of the men chose Kaitlyn!
I have to be honest, I did not see that coming. I thought the guys would choose Britt! In the end, I'm glad Kaitlyn has another shot at love. My fingers are crossed that it'll work out.
Initially, Britt took the news like a champ, but broke down during her exit interview.
Back at the house, Kaitlyn was introduced as the bachelorette and the men scrambled to get her attention.
I couldn't help but chuckle at the men who were Team Britt before, and were now focusing their energy on Kaitlyn.
Here are some of the highlights from the cocktail party:
- Ian is all about Kaitlyn, and was the first to steal her away.
- JJ opened up about his son.
- Kaitlyn was impressed when Jared admitted he voted for Britt.
- Chris didn't hold back, and got the first kiss of the season
- And the first impression rose goes to...Shawn B.
The first rose ceremony wasn't without shockers, as Brady interrupted Kaitlyn and asked to speak with her.
The other men were not happy, and thought he was being sneaky.
Brady admitted his heart was with Britt and he was leaving to find her. I'm glad he was honest about his intentions.
At the end of the night, four other men went home.
The teaser for the upcoming season left me so excited! All I can say is I'm buckled up and ready for a wild ride!
