A San Antonio Realtor is accused of sexually assaulting an employee after the employee refused to have sex with him and his wife.
Robert Rogers was booked into the Bexar County Jail on Tuesday. According to an arrest affidavit, the victim said she had been drinking with Rogers and his wife while the three were in Austin for a conference in October.
The victim had recently been hired by Rogers and Zars Realty. She claims Rogers sexually assaulted her at the couple's Austin apartment after she told Rogers and his wife she did not want to have sex with them.
The affidavit states that Rogers' wife denied asking the victim for sex and denied the allegations against her husband.
Rogers was released from jail on bond.
