SAN ANTONIO – Chloe Beavers, 22, has been arrested after San Antonio police said she used her SUV to ram a car that was carrying her own children.
An arrest warrant affidavit stated that police responded to a call about the incident Thursday at a McDonald's restaurant in the 11400 block of Perrin Beitel Road. However, officers said both vehicles had left the scene before they arrived.
Later in the day, police were called to a home and spoke with Beavers' husband. The affidavit stated that he admitted they had been involved in the earlier incident, and that Beavers had continued ramming his car outside the home.
The affidavit stated that the man told police Beavers became angry after he told her he was leaving her, then loaded their 11 month old-month-old son and two year old2-year-old daughter into his car.
The man told officers that even after he pointed out to Beavers that their children were inside the vehicle, she continued ramming it with her SUV, the affidavit stated.
Police said they noticed damage to both the front and back of his car, but no one was injured.
