Police looking for fugitive with felony warrants

Juan Carlos Aguilar fails to do contract work, wanted for theft

SAN ANTONIO – The San Antonio Police Department and Crime Stoppers want the public’s assistance in tracking down a fugitive with a felony warrant.

According to police, Juan Carlos Aguilar failed to do construction work for the victim after he was hired March 10. 

Aguilar was given $2,700 and did not bring the victim the material needed to complete the job. 

Police say Aguilar has been identified as going around the city and making contracts with victims. After taking the money, he fails to do the work promised, police said.

Anyone with information on Aguilar's whereabouts is urged to call Crime Stoppers at (210) 224-STOP.

Tips can also be texted to CRIMES (274637) or by visiting the Crime Stoppers website.

Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
