Police said the pilot attempted to land in a field, but his aircraft clipped a power line and landed on top of the home.

Neither the pilot nor the four people inside the home were hurt, police said.

The New Braunfels Fire Department was able to quickly contain a small fuel leak and the city utility company was called to help restore power.

Both the Texas Department of Public Safety and the Federal Aviation Administration has been notified of the accident and will be conducting separate investigations.
