Fifth suspect charged in connection with deadly home invasion No description found
SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police have charged another suspect in connection with a deadly home invasion in August.
Joseph Lopez, 26, faces a capital murder charge for the shooting death of Enrique Gutierrez Sr. in the 100 block of South San Eduardo on the West Side.
Police said a group of four people broke into the home and started shooting.
Gutierrez was rushed to the hospital, where he later died. His son was also shot but survived.
Lopez is the fifth person arrested in connection with the case.
