A forensics examination of the seized items revealed the presence of images and videos depicting extremely young children being sexually assaulted, the U.S. Attorney's Office said.
Kiper has remained in federal custody since his arrest July 28. The U.S. Attorney's Office said in addition to the prison term, a senior U.S. district judge ordered that a hearing be held in 90 days in order to give victims enough time to request restitution in this case.
