2 in critical condition after rollover on South Side Police believe speed, alcohol contributed to crash No description found
SAN ANTONIO –
San Antonio police believe alcohol and speed are to blame for a rollover on the South Side.
Police said the driver of a Ford Explorer Sports Trac was going fast on Applewhite Road near Highway 16 when his vehicle went off the road, hit a natural barrier of dirt and rock and rolled multiple times.
Both the driver and a passenger were thrown from the vehicle. One of them was pinned underneath it and suffered severe leg trauma.
Both men were taken to the San Antonio Military Medical Center in critical condition.
Police are conducting a DWI investigation.
