SAN ANTONIO – Thanks to a friend’s Facebook post, a wanted fugitive out of Austin was arrested at a San Antonio metal concert over the weekend, Bexar County sheriff’s officials said.

Derrick Roseland was arrested at Saturday night’s Iron Maiden concert at the AT&T Center after a friend of Roseland’s posted a picture of their tickets on Facebook.

Roseland was wanted on a warrant for aggravated kidnapping, Bexar sheriff’s officials said.

Austin police detectives suspected Roseland would be at the concert and shared the information about the Facebook post with Bexar County sheriff’s Intelligence unit.

BCSO officials said deputies went to the seats pictured on the Facebook post and arrested Roseland without incident.
