The group is made up of San Antonians with deep Mexican roots.

“My father was a musician in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas. He has his own group. He was a rock and roll singer. I followed his footsteps,” Gilberto Martinez, group member said.

“Grease in general has a big following so combine it with mariachi music for the style, I mean its different,” Jesus Guerra, said.

Singer Lozano said every word in a song counts.

“When I sign a song, I really try to pay attention to the words and try to think what was this composer feeling,” Lozano said.

The members hope to create many new hits in the years to come.
