The non-emergency number for the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office is currently not working.
BCSO is asking people who are attempting to dial the non-emergency number to call 911.
The phone company is working with BCSO to resolve the technical difficulties.
KSAT will update this article when the BCSO non-emergency number is back in service.
