Investigators are looking for Robert Leon Allen, 25.

Noel Reyna was shot Monday night after a vigil for another teen, Reggie Adams, was killed on Sunday.

A woman said a fight broke out at the vigil involving Reyna and the shooter. A source, who works with young people in the Converse area, said the fight wasn't related to Adam's death but was just harsh words exchanged between the two.

The shooting was reported just before 9:45 p.m. Witnesses told investigators they saw three vehicles driving away after the shooting.

"We're going to be reallocating some of the resources from the Violent Crimes Task Force. Additionally, I've spoken to the command staff over at Converse PD and Kirby PD," Sheriff Javier Salazar said. "Area residents will see a dramatic increase in manpower in that area, and we're going to make sure this doesn't continue."

Converse police arrested one man in connection with Adam's death. They are still looking for two other people who may be connected to the shooting.
