Police believe he was involved in the murder of Joseph Camarena. Camarena's body was found in the early morning hours of Nov. 18 on the city's South Side.

According to a police report, two witnesses told officers that Castilla told them to go to his house to help him put a large plastic barrel in the back of a pickup truck.

Castilla then asked the witnesses to get rid of the barrel in exchange for money, the report said.

The witnesses told police they believed there was a body in the barrel because they saw two feet sticking out of it, police said.

They dropped off the barrel at a turnaround near Texas A&M University-San Antonio, the report said.

The witnesses led an officer to the barrel, which contained Camarena's body, police said
