SAN ANTONIO – A man was arrested by San Antonio police after he was accused of threatening to shoot his girlfriend for spending Christmas Day with her ex-husband and their children.
Reynaldo Rodriguez, 37, is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

According to an arrest affidavit, the victim told police Rodriguez was intoxicated and very upset she had been with her ex-husband on Christmas.
The victim said Rodriguez grabbed a shotgun, cocked it and threatened to shoot her and her ex-husband.
The victim ran into a bathroom and called police from a home in the 5400 block of West Military Drive.
Officers arrived, but Rodriguez had already left and a warrant was issued for his arrest. Rodriguez was later taken into custody and charged.
