SAN ANTONIO – UPDATE 2:15 p.m. Burkett Outdoor Advertising is the company that owns the sign and told Fort Worth Star-Telegram the sign will be removed after all the attention.
A representative with the company spoke with the client and agreed it should come down saying, "I believe in free speech, but this country is divided enough as it is. I've spoken with the client, and he's agreed that it should come down. We'll be reimbursing him."

Kyle Mccallie snapped a photo of a billboard that’s got commuters turning their heads.
Mccallie came across a unique billboard that reads:
"Liberals
Please continue on I-40 until you have left our GREAT STATE OF TEXAS"
The billboard is located 6 miles east of Vega on I-40, according to Mccallie’s Facebook post.
Pictures and posts on social media show major flooding in South Texas and along Texas coast
