The city of San Antonio has announced the three final candidates to fill the District 2 vacancy.

Officials said Art Hall, Jada Sullivan and Aubrey Lewis have been selected Wednesday as the finalists for the district seat.

The vacancy was created when William "Cruz" Shaw resigned last month to become an associate judge of the 436th Judicial District Court.

The candidate selected will then serve District 2 until the May election, when the mayor and council seats are up for re-election.
