Stuart Roben Kensinger, 55, of Houston
Angela Webb Kensinger, 54, of Houston

Scott Reagan Miller, 55, of Houston
Marc Tellepsen, 45, of Houston

Six people are dead after a small plane crashed in a ravine just outside Kerrville on Monday morning, Texas Department of Public Safety Sgt. Orlando Moreno said.

Federal Aviation Administration officials told KSAT.com that a twin-engine Beechcraft Baron crashed around 9 a.m. near the 1700 block of Sheppard Rees Road while preparing to land at Kerrville Municipal Airport.

The plane had departed Monday from West Houston Airport outside Houston, FAA officials said.

Richard Hall was working in the area when he saw the plane having trouble.

"We called 911. I couldn't stand around and wait. I climbed the fence, and me and another gentleman just started searching as best we could," Hall said.

When Hall arrived at the scene, he knew no one could have survived the crash.

"Mainly it was just fuselage. The wings were collapsed. The fuselage was only about this high now. It was a good sized plane, but went I saw, it looked like it was a really small plane," he said.

Robert Hurt, a former pilot from Kerrville, wonders what could have happened to the aircraft.

"It's a twin-engine plane Beechcraft, which I haven't flown as a pilot, but been in one before. They are good aircraft, which has strict regulations, so it's a real head scratcher," he said.

The victims have not been identified.

The FAA and National Transportation Safety Board will investigate the crash.
