'Loving in Fear': KSAT answers viewer questions about domestic violence

SAN ANTONIO – Domestic violence is a problem that infiltrates our local community at all levels.

At KSAT 12, our journalists are exploring the problem on a deeper level. Leading the effort is reporter Courtney Friedman, who creates stories for the series “Loving in Fear,” which confronts domestic violence.

On KSAT’s News at 9, Friedman answered some of the viewer questions she has received and pointed to resources for those in need of help.

International survivors can call the Pathways to Safety toll free crisis line 833-SAFE-833, or email crisis@pathwaystosafety.org.

Because it is such a complex and multi-faceted issue, we want to know what questions you have about domestic violence -- from its definition to identifying red flags to how to help or get help.
