Hays County search team recovers body of flood victim

HAYS COUNTY, Texas – Search teams in Hays County recovered the body of a male flood victim Saturday in the Wimberley area, county officials said.

The body was found in the afternoon near the Blanco River at Bluffview Drive.

The discovery brings the total number Memorial Day weekend flooding victims found in Hays County to nine

The man has not yet been identified. The remaining eight bodies found in the county have been identified. Three people are still listed as missing.

• William Randall Charba, White Male, 42, last seen at 100 Deer Crossing, Wimberley
