The Mediterranean-style villa at 38 La Buena Vida Dr. is owned by the family of Allen Samuels, the owner of auto dealerships in Texas and across the South and Midwest who died in April. The auction will take place online Sept. 26 to Sept. 30 through Concierge Auctions.

The 11,000-square-foot home with views of Redfish Bay and the Gulf of Mexico was custom-built for Samuels in 2008, according to a report in Mansion Global.

The home includes six bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms plus a custom staircase winding around an 18-foot chandelier. A private boat slip is included with the property. Oversized windows and arched doorways show off views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The home is five miles from Rockport, 12 miles from Port Aransas and 30 miles from Corpus Christi.
