KSAT Explains returned with a new episode that looks at San Antonio’s troubled history with mass transportation.

One of the elements of the episode focused on San Antonio’s long history with public transportation dating back to streetcars.

RJ Marquez stepped into the breakdown booth to share what he learned while reporting on this issue.
