Homes in Edgewood School District saw the biggest increase year-over-year

SAN ANTONIO – Home values as determined by the Bexar Appraisal District are up an average of 27.8% over last year.

The increases are being felt across the county, but the more affordable areas saw the largest increases as far as percentages.

Here’s a breakdown according to school district as provided by BCAD.

  • East Central 24.79%
  • Edgewood 29.13%
  • Harlandale 25.19%
  • Judson 27.48%
  • North East 22.71%
  • Northside 25.02%
  • San Antonio 21.97%
  • South San 24.03%
  • Southside 23.70%
  • Boerne 25.30%
  • Comal 28.22%
  • Schertz-Cibolo 27.13%
  • Medina Valley 24.41%
  • Somerset 28.24%
  • Southwest 26.69%
