Motorcyclist hospitalized after T-bone crash on North Side Crash happened on Perrin Beitel Road near Thousand Oaks Drive
SAN ANTONIO – A motorcyclist was taken to the hospital overnight following a crash on the North Side.
San Antonio police said the accident happened at 2:40 a.m. Friday in the 11800 block of Perrin Beitel Road, just south of Thousand Oaks Drive.
Two motorcycles were traveling on Perrin Beitel at a high rate of speed when a Chevrolet Suburban pulled out from a parking lot.
One of the motorcycles hit the Suburban on its side, launching the rider off the bike, police said. The rider suffered from road rash and had a gash on his head.
He was taken to University Hospital in stable condition.
