Woman suffers critical injuries after hit-and-run crash, SAPD says The driver failed to render aid and fled the scene Caution tape with police lights (KSAT 12 News)
SAN ANTONIO – A woman suffered critical injuries after being struck by a vehicle in an alleyway west of downtown, according to San Antonio police.
Officers responded around 3 p.m. Saturday to the intersection of West Houston Street and North Pine Street.
Police said a pickup truck drove through the alleyway and struck the woman. She was taken to the hospital with critical injuries.
The driver failed to render aid and fled the scene, according to police.
No arrests have been made and it’s unclear if the driver will face any charges.
San Antonio police said the crash remains under investigation.
