Argument between neighbors ends in shooting on Southwest Side, police say

The incident occurred at 3:50 a.m. Sunday

SAN ANTONIO – One man was shot during an argument with a neighbor on the city’s Southwest Side, according to San Antonio Police.

At 3:50 a.m. Sunday, SAPD officers responded to the 800 block of Price Avenue after receiving reports of someone shot.

According to police at the scene, as officers arrived at the location, shots could be heard.

Police say two neighbors were in an argument when shots were fired.

A 26-year-old man found with a gunshot wound was taken to an area hospital in stable condition.

The man told SAPD that the suspect, a 48-year-old man, fled to a nearby house. However, surveillance footage showed the suspect fled the scene in a car.
