New H-E-B partnership helps you find local handymen, lawn care, personalized pet services while you shop
Thumbtack is in select H-E-B stores throughout Texas

SAN ANTONIO – H-E-B is helping customers find local handymen, lawn care and personalized pet services thanks to a new partnership with Thumbtack.
More than 300 H-E-B stores across Texas now have Thumbtack displays where customers can scan a QR code and find access to local pet services and more while they shop.
“Thumbtack’s job is to make caring for everything in and around the home a seamless experience for the homeowner,” said David Steckel, Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships at Thumbtack. “Expanding into physical retail brings us one step closer to that by allowing us to be a partner for consumers whether they’re shopping in-store for their pets or getting their backyards ready for hosting.”
Pet owners can find personalized services for dog walking, grooming, pet sitting, training, and more on Thumbtack.
In addition to the pet services, Thumbtack is offering a Thumbtack-On-Demand feature in select H-E-B stores, which allows consumers to find and hire local handymen, lawn care and cleaning services at a 10% discount, according to a press release.
