Service member found dead at Fort Sam Houston

SAN ANTONIO – A service member was found dead over the weekend at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston.

According to a press release, the victim was declared dead by medical officials around 6:43 p.m. Saturday.

The victim’s name has not been released until next of kin is notified.

The incident is under investigation.
