$1 million in upgrades coming to Toyota Field ahead of 2025 SAFC season
Renovations are scheduled to be completed by March 8

SAN ANTONIO – More than $1 million in upgrades are coming to Toyota Field, Spurs Sports & Entertainment announced Monday.
Some of those upgrades include the following:

New, state-of-the-art video board and scoreboard display at the north end of the concourse
Field to be replaced with all-new Bermuda grass
New front-row rails
Team facilities will be upgraded
Makeovers completed with new lockers
Visiting team locker room will be extended to include a coaches’ office space
New sideline benches for both teams
“These updates will help maintain our stadium as one of the premier facilities in the USL and attract more world-class events, bringing soccer fans from all across the globe to the city of San Antonio,” said Jose Lizardo, director of Toyota Field & STAR Soccer Complex.
Renovations are underway and scheduled to be completed before the 2025 USL Championship home opener. SAFC will kick off its 10th anniversary season against Monterey Bay F.C. on March 8.
