SAPD searching for missing 13-year-old girl last seen in far east Bexar County

SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing teenager who was last seen in far east Bexar County.

Svetlana Maxine Ortega, 13, was last spotted in the 2000 block of Gastonian Mill. She was last contacted on Thursday, police said.

She was last seen wearing a black Under Armour long-sleeve, black sweatpants and white shoes.

Ortega is described as 5 feet and 5 inches tall. She has brown, straight waist-length hair and brown eyes. Authorities also said she has braces and is right-handed.
