SAN ANTONIO – A man in his 30s died after San Antonio police said he lost control of a motorcycle while racing another vehicle and crashed into a tree.
The crash happened just before 11 p.m. Monday on West Commerce Street near North Santa Rosa downtown.
Police said the man was driving the motorcycle when he lost control during a race. He was taken to a hospital, where he later died.
Authorities have not released additional details about the other vehicle involved in the race. The crash is still under investigation.
