The man reportedly got his penis stuck in the hole of a 5.5-pound dumbbell disc.
The firefighters in Worms, Germany, were able to free the man with a grinder and hydraulic saw after three hours.
Part of a Facebook post from the fire department was translated from German to English.
The message? “Please do not imitate such actions!”
