Police have identified a man who was found dead Monday in Garden Ridge.
Luis Miguel Duque, 40, was found dead of apparent gunshot wounds after the Comal County Sheriff's Office received a call in reference to a shooting in the 8100 block of Garden Oaks Drive.
No arrests have been made in this shooting yet.
An autopsy for Duque has been ordered. Officials continue to investigate.
Anyone with any information on this shooting is asked to call local law enforcement.
