SAN ANTONIO – The Cactus Blossom dinner, coming up on Saturday, May 19, is part of an effort to "Make the Invisible, Visible."
Hosted by American Indians in Texas , the dinner will feature several indigenous recipes, like the poached striped bass, made in the video above.
The Cactus Blossom Mission Heritage Dinner will take place from 6-9 p.m. at Progreso Hall, 1306 Guadalupe St.
