SAN ANTONIO – A familiar name lent their voice to a Texas Longhorns hype video released on its social media feeds before Friday’s Cotton Bowl Classic: Dallas Cowboys linebacker and former Longhorn DeMarvion Overshown.
Overshown missed his rookie season in 2023 due to a knee injury he suffered during Cowboys’ training camp.
In 2024, Overshown returned and recorded 90 tackles, eight tackles for loss, five sacks and an interception he ran back for a touchdown against the New York Giants.
The Longhorns kicked off Friday’s game against Ohio State in Overshown’s new home: AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
