SAN ANTONIO – A San Antonio man held a gun against the heads of two children while forcing them to perform sexual acts on one another and on him, according to arrest warrants obtained by KSAT 12 News. Adam Sanchez, 34, was taken into custody Tuesday morning and booked on first-degree felony charges of aggravated sexual assault of a child, continuous sex abuse of young children and continuous sex abuse of a child.
