Blessed Angels say their Fiesta events are made with seniors in mind, offering a fun and safe alternative to large crowds and big parades.

From a major setback to a Christmas miracle. On Monday morning, the nonprofit Blessed Angels found their work vehicles vandalized and burglarized. By Tuesday, the nonprofit had received an outpouring of support.

A weekend break-in left Blessed Angels’ vehicles out of commission and a planned toy drive in question, a setback for a nonprofit dedicated to serving the community.

SAN ANTONIO Blessed Angels, a local nonprofit, hosted a PPE giveaway Wednesday for small business owners. The PPE kits included face masks, a non-contact thermometer and hand sanitizer. Nonprofit officials hope the giveaway will help small business owners offset some of the new costs theyve taken on in order to run their businesses and keep customers and employees healthy. City officials said these kinds of events also serve to lift peoples spirits.
