A U.K. High Court has ruled that Hewlett Packard Enterprise is owed over 700 million pounds from the estate of British tech tycoon Mike Lynch and his former finance director.

SAN ANTONIO – Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co. will move its global headquarters from the prosperous Silicon Valley to Houston, the fourth-largest U.S. city that poses as “an attractive market,” company officials said. Its existing campus in San Jose, California, will transition to the new headquarters for HPE’s Aruba Intelligent Edge business.
