Browns' Beckham, Washington's Collins leave with injuries

Beckham injured his left knee while attempting to make a tackle after Baker Mayfield threw an interception on the team's opening pass play. Collins injured his left ankle/Achilles tendon in noncontact fashion early in the second quarter. Phillips was carted off the field early in the second quarter. — Carolina left tackle Russell Okung (calf) left in the second half against New Orleans and did not return.
Second man charged in connection with fatal shooting of 19-year-old San Antonio woman
SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police have arrested a second suspect in connection with the shooting death of a woman in July. According to an arrest affidavit, Dorian Murphree, 22, is charged with capital murder for his alleged role in the fatal shooting of Jasmine Williams, 19. Kyle Phillips, 18, was arrested in August and is also charged with capital murder. Three other people who were in the home told police that they heard up to six gunshots, the affidavit said. Moments later, two of the suspects got into a car where Murphree and a driver were waiting and drove away.
Capital murder case suspect arrested on Northeast Side, SAPD says
SAN ANTONIO The San Antonio Police Department announced Monday that officers in the Street Crimes Unit arrested a man for Capital Murder in connection with a July murder on the Northeast Side. SAPD said that throughout their investigation, detectives obtained probable cause to get a warrant for Philips arrest. Phillips is booked in the Bexar County Jail on a capital murder charge, SAPD said.
