A man in his 30s was taken to an area hospital after he was stabbed multiple times early Tuesday morning, San Antonio police said.

SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police are trying to determine how a teenager ended up with a gunshot wound inside a South Side motel. They found the teen after answering a call about a shooting after 1 a.m. Monday. Police say the teen, who appeared to be between the ages of 16 and 18, had suffered a gunshot wound to the chest. They say two other people inside the room told them it was self-inflicted. However, police say they did not find the weapon.
