Kerr County businesses still struggling weeks after floods

More than eight weeks after July's floodwaters tore through the Hill Country, some Kerr County businesses still haven't reopened, and many are rebuilding with no state or federal help. At Texas Power and Controls near Interstate 10, office manager Kathryn Stafford moved the whole operation into her own home for a month just to keep eight employees working and payroll met. The Kerrville Chamber of Commerce says 119 businesses were damaged; 25 were destroyed or badly hit.
