West SA man wanted for charges of sex assault on boy, girl

SAN ANTONIO – The U.S. Marshals Service has issued a second plea for help to find a fugitive who has been wanted on child sex charges for more than four years.

Joe Raymond Gonzales, 31, faces charges of aggravated sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child.

"Back in September 2012, warrants were issued for Gonzales' arrest after he allegedly sexually assaulted both a female and a male child who were under the age of 17 years old," said Deputy Chris Bozeman.

The Lone Star Fugitive Task Force first asked for help to find Gonzales in February.

Gonzales is 5 feet 7 inches tall. He weighs 160 pounds. Gonzales has brown hair and brown eyes.

The last known address for Gonzales was on the city's west side.
